What

How

1. Open the app (sample projects load first) or paste your usage list.
2. Tap Show which projects used the quota, or upload the file. Columns are flexible: project name, deploy count, optional hours.
3. Or add a row by hand: project name, deploys, optional hours.
4. Read the table (top burner highlighted) and the weekly one-liner.
5. Copy the one-liner or save the digest.
6. Open a recent digest to restore; Clear resets.
